Hey I have the problem; 1/(x*srootx)

I know I have to simplify it first, so the bottom would become, x^1 * x^1/2, which becomes x^3/2.
I then take the reciprocal which makes it x^-3/2
and then finally I can do: 2/3*x^-5/2

However, the answers say that -2x^-1/2 is correct, and I am unsure what I am doing wrong.

i think u made a mistake when adding fractions OR u subtracted the power by 1

nevermind.
the correct solution is to simplify to the form y=X^-3/2 and to integrate that to get -2/1 * x^1/2 which simplifys to 2x^1/2

In OP 'sroot' meant square root, so I assume it means the same thing in this case.
