hey im new here

i am having trouble trying to post in threads. ive tried to post like 3 times and stuff and it tells me the thread is locked.

is it coos im new that i dont have permission to post in sum threads?

relly appreciate the help.

If a thread is locked, it means the thread was closed, and no further posting in the thread is possible. It has nothing to do with you being a new member :)

most of the time its spam. though if its at NS it is most likely offensive.

you can see which threads are closed before you click on them to read them and the 'post reply' icon won't be there in a closed thread, instead it will have been replaced with a 'closed' sign.
