I've recieved a business studies project and was just wondering if someone could help me here.. what are examples of Internal and External influences of a business?

Examples of internal influences: Employees, management, etc
Examples of external influences: Business cycle, terrorist attacks, etc

It's basically common sense, internal influences = factors that impact the business that can be controlled by the business, and external influences = factors that can't be controlled by the business
