What do you have to show to prove that two circles touch internally?

1. the circles are inside one another
2. they meet at one point ONLY, (ie their common tangent is the same line)

i dont think you would get this type of question in a 2u context, unless they lead you thru a proof step by step, make u prove a result, and for the last part:
dedude that the two circles touch internally [1] or something like that
