hi...a friend asked me the chance of getting transfered from International Studies to Arts~
with a 2005 UAI of 91 or so and a WAM of 50, is there a chance of getting into Arts if applying for final round or is it better to apply during june for semester 2 2007
also whats the procedure for transfer? since arts requires a UAI lower than international studies, would applying thru uni be ok or would we still need to go thru UAC??
