Internet problems. Need help. (1 Viewer)

Ok so Firefox is working fine. But other applications like IE, soulseek, google earth all seem to be non-responsive to my internet connection. When i load google earth is talks about port 80 being blocked or something like that. Not sure if this is to do with norton or a personal firewall? Any help please?

Sounds like the firewall is blocking ports.

Try shutting it down and then seeing if that works?

Nah im on TPG and don't have a problem with anything on port 80, including the above mentioned programs.

It sounds like its a firewall somewhere though, if its a software one try disabling it and if that works then reenable it and make sure it allows port 80, if its in the router then try doing the same thing, but with the routers firewall.
