hi,

I am currently in the process of writing up a survey on the effects that obesity has on the socio-emotional wellbeing of females through out the ages and i was wondering if any body had any ideas of questions that they think i should include.
your help would be appreciatied. thank you

I don't have much sorry, but I can add one thing.

You might want to state if your survey is open (respondants can write answers in) or closed (Yes, No, Maybe) etc.

When I did my IRP, I did it closed and graphed every answer. But you may choose to do yours differently.. or do some closed, some open?
