Ok well i'm in a position where I am pretty much screwed, however I do have a little bit of hope left... maybe.
My Subjects - Maths General, English Advanced, Economics, Business studies, SOR1, Modern History

I've performed really poorly in my Term 1 assessments and my half-yearly, averaging marks between 60-75% for almost all my subjects and my rank is on the bottom half or middle of the year for almost every subject, except maths (high rank, averaging 90%). This is not like me as in the past I have been a top performing student and always performed amongst the best, however this year i've been slacking off (Yea ikr... pretty bad time). Let's just say, if I were to ace all the assessments, the trial (assuming people will drop ranks in my school) and the HSC, is it still possible for me to attain an ATAR of 90+? (And yes I am very serious about acing all this, its make or break for me and I have no intension of giving up, more motivated than ever)

So is it still possible? (I wanted to used a confused emoji but i couldn't find one :( )

I went pretty shit in trials even and still got 90+ so you are fine if you maintain an okayish rank (so you don't get pulled down TOO much) and you ace HSC externals.

If this is true, then your question is pointless.
