Up until now ive been using the redfern speech for my belonging essays as one of my two related texts, but recently i found out that it was one of the speeches studied in standard english. I'm in advanced so i never knew this up until a few days ago. Is it still alright to use it. Also, is the kite runner an overused text? With only two weeks to go, id hate to have to replace both of my related texts.
