Is the SAM not working or is it just me? (1 Viewer)

Every time i try and load the SAM I get a message saying the page can not be found...i've even tried it on a number of computers. Is it just me or is the SAM not running at the moment?

I am also having this problem. I am using the link you posted above and it is not working :(.. On my school computers it works fine, but here at home there is a problem...
