My watch says 2:02PM right now, but I think the message board time is somewhere around 11:00AM. Can it be changed somehow? It's disorientating me.

I believe the server hosting the site is currently in a slightly different timezone. :)

I'll check it out.

If I were still in Singapore the time would be right, so I'm guessing the server is in Perth :)

Can't you do something with the way the users set their time zone under the conrol panel under "edit options"?

Apparently the server is in Queensland (?) and I've checked the settings, it's set to GMT +10, which is what we are here on the eastern coast.

The initial GMT value must be wrong... still looking into it. :)

Was actually at around 5pm. :)

Technically it's set to be the wrong timezone, but at least it displays the time correctly. :p

something else that should be updated is the "days till the HSC is over" counter on the main page....that counter used to always scare me & made me realise how quickly time goes by....it should be changed to scare the class of 2003 kiddies hehehe

lol, good option, but to me that'd be how they start the count down to the olympics:

"500 days left"... yeah, righteo... beh...
"450 days left"... I'm sick of watching this, what's the point?...
"400 days left"... jeezs, boring...

I think it's pointless to start counting from a million years away that's all. I got numb.
