I was wondering if "How overparenting (helicopter parenting) can impact on the childs' social and cultural well being".
Any feedback welcome.

Perhaps narrow it a little more, to give it a bit of a twist. Maybe isolate it to helicopter parenting in one culture and compare this to another?
Few things:
- how are you defining helicopter parenting? One persons idea of over parenting may be very different to anothers
- how are you defining social and cultural wellbeing? Can a scale be made to measure this? Is it about how they believe their social and cultural wellbeing has been impacted?

Great idea, just needs refining :)

This could be fairly good, it reminds me of the top PIP in 2011 which looked at tiger parenting.

I suggest maybe doing some secondary research as this can give you some insight and help give you a clearer definition of helicopter parenting (and later to support your primary research which could also be used to define the meaning).

Maybe you could examine how helicopter parent impacts the socialisation process and identity development of adolescents as its more tied in with the syllabus, as opposed to "social and cultural wellbeing" which is more vague
