I give my pc to tech department for them to fix it. when i get my pc back THEY left a word document on my pc. do they have the right, is it legal to do this????

Legal studies aint to do with specific laws, especially stuff like this, however if you signed anything when you gave it to them i think its definately legal cause they always cover their arse, and could virus you legally probably. Even if you didnt sign it and it isnt legal, theres nothing you can do bout it in law really, cause court costs are insane, theres no damage to your comp from the document( i assume), and police and stuff dont give a damn about computer crime unless its really really serious.
