It Won't Let me Use my AVATAR (1 Viewer)

good morning, i'm trying to load an avatar image on that is much smaller than 100x100 and also 6.5 kb so it fits under all the rules. but it says its too large in size..but its not. why? how can i use it? what can i do?

smaller than 100x100 doesn't refer to total pixels. It means height less than 100 pixel and width less than 100 pixels.
