Anyone here procrastinate as much as I do?
I'm supposed to be training (at least maintaining my fucking fitness) for c2s but for some reason I've lost motivation and only find it in myself to run once every couple of days when I cannot bear the lack of endorphins anymore.
Last winter I was fucking crazy and ran 9k every day, now it's down to 9k every 3 days.
WHY???????????????????????????????
iS THE WEATHER FUCKING CRAZY OR IS IT JUST ME?

Should I join a really serious running club like UTS Norths or Hashouse Harriets or the Striders?

There are other gyms, you know :]

As far as being too cold/rainy/hot... excuses really. Heat is the one case where I'd run later in the day (duskish) but I'd still train.

I like exercising when it's cold. it makes me feel less tired.

Exercising in the cold tends to clear up any sniffles I have, come to think of it.

it makes me feel less tired too. i think it does that to everyone regardless of weight because your muscles feels numb. the thing is i get injuries more in winter though because you have to warm up ur muscles so much so the cold doesnt screw u over.

That's true to an extent. You think it's doing good for your blocked nose and everything coz all of it is on your sleeve by the end of the ru, but notice how the mucus has a trend of increasing after everytime you brave the cold?
