i wouldnt get too excited.. at this stage there is very little evidence to support the claim.. but the rumours are building. i know they are opening an IMS in some eurpoean country - but i cant remember which one.

This has been announced so many times, so I am not too excited.

I do note, however, that we are not recieving the country warning when logging in to the Music Store, and that genrally means SOMEONE will get a new iTMS soon.
