Hello all,

I am not saying its impossible, but while in my search for a new job that had a full time postion and not a casual until uni start, I found out that jobs are really limited, by no means am I saying its impossbile, but sales I guess are down now compared to the peak periods, even fast food had limited placings now, all i can recommend people is to keep looking and maybe perhaps have a cool down period for a little while before resuming their job hunt.

but security guards always seem to get jobs, so u may do a course for a week to get license.

how hard izzit to find a good office junior job!

- Very high hsc results *yay, i look down*
- Good communication skills *yay, look further down*
- Some experience in administration *doh!*

I've got a job as a real estate receptionist. I worked weekends during the year, and now I'm filling in full time until Uni starts. Its all worked out quite well. I had one weeks experience at my mums doctor surgery when I started.
So my suggestion is, do like one or two weeks "Work Experience" somewhere for free, and then at least you can apply for jobs that need experience.
Most employees arent looking for full hard core people, just people who arent total newbies.
Meanwhile, I'm at work now, doing this, so, like I said, its all worked out quite well.
