hey gus, im really stuck on my ext 1 eng.
the question is :
Postmodern texts affect the way we think about the world through both their content and playful use of postmodern techniques. Discuss this statement with close reference to the French lieutenant’s woman.
ok i know the postmodern technique e.g authorial intrusion, charactarisation, etc but how am i going to link it to the question of how it affects our undersanding of the world??:confused:

Hey! Well i think for every paragraphy of the body:
1) Identify technique
2) How is this technique reflected in FLW?
3) Discuss the effect this technique has on the reader

eg. Within The FLW in Fowles' playful use of multiple endings in chapters 60 and 61 serves to challenge society's conventional ways of thinking. Fowles allows the reader to choose whether Charles and Sarah do or do not live 'happily ever after', thus raising reader awareness of the expectations of metanarratives.

Of course your paragraphs will have to be longer but this is just a sample.
