Anyone done one? For how long?

I'm kinda worried that it would just make you exhausted...

Exactly.

Considering Juice is one of the worst drinks out there, this is just dumb. Its Fruit with all the good stuff removed, and the bad stuff condenced. Just Juice in one of the best marketing tricks ever.

Highly not recommended.

The key to happiness is a BALANCED diet. Doing stupid things like cutting out carbs, or fat, or dairy (and its substitutes), or everything except juice, is not going to get you anywhere. It's just going to make you feel like shit and that's nobody's friend.

Drink juice sometimes, not all the time.

stupid idea. the amount of calories you'd get from the juice would probably end up equating to the amount you'd normally eat (depending) with +++ sugar and --- nutrition

and you will feel like shit and exhausted. good luck

If you're really going to do that, you're a lot better off using fruit/veg. It makes you feel fuller and the GI's lower which doesn't screw your metabolism. And you can gnaw on it for longer.

But yeah, balanced is good.

If you make your own juice, then thats fine, otherwise definately not! One side effect is obviously peeing lots, which will make you really dehydrated. The sugar in those juices just makes you more dehydrated...and dehydration isnt a good sign.

Cut out the fatty foods, eat a balanced diet and get moving. Dont go on a diet, as most of the time they dont work coz when you finish the diet, or you cant stick to it, your just going to pile on perhaps more kilos that you already had pre-diet, which isnt good.
