Regarding the pioneers of the management theories:
Classical-Scientific - Classical management was pioneered by Henry Fayol and Max Weber. Frederick Taylor developed the scientific management part.
Behavioural - Elton Mayo pioneered this management theory.
Political - Henry Mintzburg pioneered this management theory. (absolutely not sure about this one, I just remember this name :/)
