i was reading on a site about various court cases and
there was a guy, he was stabbed.......and then he grabbed a nife and stabed the guy back...........he got 4 years in jail...........
there was a dude, we was goign to commmit a armed robbery but backed out,,,,,,,,,and supposedly told his acomplice not to do it..........and then a weeek later the acomplice and other pppple............commited the robbery and killed a dude --------------------------the guy who bakced out got 10 years in jail.
there are ppple who get into fights and its not there fault and they are sent to jail for a year.
there are ppple who steal a car and are put in jail for a year or 2.
there are ppple who selll like less than $1000 worth of drugs who are put in jail for a year.

like seriously, why are we sending everyone to jail for............................shouldnt we be giving ppppple seconed chances etc..........
i heard...........it costs like $50,000 a year per prisoner to the commmunity.
and to that person imprisoned................thats going to fuck them up ---------- job wise and ---- i think there is evidence it makes ppple more voilent etc.
We need to stop sending ppple to jail over bullll shit.......................when ever its possible, whenever the chances of rehabilitation look goood .....................we shoudl have a system.......................that only sends ppple to jail as a last resort.
Some ppple are obviously fucked and should be put in jail....,,,,,,,,,,,,,,but alot of the alleged crimes i noted above ---------------there not serious....no one got hurt.................and therefore those ppple shouldnt be sent to jail.
our sysstem does alot more harm than gooood................sending ppple to jail over bulll shit is wrong.
