Lately Kochi has been attracting a lot of attention from the global investors. This is mainly because of the recent happenings in the city. The growth of IT parks and greater opportunities for trade has ensured a great future for the city. With the signing up of the Smart City deal, the city of Kochi experienced a sudden upsurge in its real estate business.
