hey guys!
just wondering hows kuringai univeristy like?
what about transport? any good?
reason im asking is because im interested in studying human movement there, and it doesnt seem like there is much information from a students point of view( i really honestly dont think those 'uni life' expereinces given on the uts site itself is 100% true ^_^)
i also live pretty far, my pdhpe teacher lives about 20mins from me , and he takes about 2hrs to get there, so you see..i would need to do alot of traveling ( bt its ffld area that i live in)
any suggestions? mayb near by rentals? campus life?

there isnt much at kuring gai, but its more grassy and personal i guess. People mainly hang around the cafeteria, gym and library. Its pretty much like the city one, but less number of resources e.g. food places=P. As i live at cabra travelling is a bitch for me (abt 2hrs ) apart from that kuring gai is good lol people are lovely there. HAHAHA i dont hang around campus at all (go kuring gai 2 times a week). So i cant tell you much sorry.

oh yeah watch out for the spiders! ahaha catching the shuttle bus is cool 80% you'll get a seat HAHA

kuring gai is really quiet and it's not as social but I would honestly rather go there than the city or any other uni.
- I always get a seat on the train no matter which way I'm going
- It's really quiet and comfortable and you feel so relaxed.
- Everyone is so nice and there's always space in the library.

I think if that's the course you want to do transport shouldn't matter. Most people I go to uni with travel at least more than an hour to get there.

im doing human movement + int. studies

i live in the fairfield area and it takes 1.5-2 hours to get there. IMO the uni is dead boring but if u really wanna do the course then go for it.

i think it would be cheaper to get a flatmate. you dont need to get just in the lindfield area,
chatswood/roseville are close to uni too
