it's surprisingly not as generic as i thought it'd be. but it's not that groundbreaking either. good if you like the whole 80s synth-pop revival thing.

best tracks are back of the van (sounds like a cyndi lauper song), paris is burning and dusk till dawn.

its a very average album, i was expecting more funky tracks from her after hearing 'paris is burning.'

I like the album.

Saw her at Sounds on Sunday a month or so ago, played like four songs then went off because "she had the flu".

Still, she's decent live.

I don't know about the rest of her songs, but 'Paris is Burning' really annoys me. Her voice, I just don't like it.
