If I apply for Late Round does that mean I automatically forfeit my Main Round offer if I get accepted?

you don't have to apply for the late and final rounds. you are automatically considered for them. and no it does not forfeit your main round offer so long as you have accepted it.

if you get a late or final round offer, you may choose to reject your main round offer and accept the other offer.

If you enrol for your main round offer before you get a late round offer, then you will have to deenrol from your main round offer.
