OMFG...how do I look up regulations in an act again..?..nore specifically, which law database allows for easy navigation to regulations?

I fucken forgot...

Includes repealed and current legislation.
This site will be replacing Scaleplus

I have no idea personally seeing as I'm not from Law, but I guess that looks like it could help? Failing that, try all the databases on that page till you find one that's useful?
