Hi, just wondering if someone could help me with information about transferring into usyd/unsw law.

I am currently doing commerce and didn't perform as well as others hoping to transfer into law in the hsc as i only received a 95.5 atar. Do i still have a chance of transferring into law after first year, and if so what average mark is needed to guarantee a spot?

Thanks!

You'll need at least a distinction average. Then you will be admitted based on either a 50/50 split of your ATAR (which is generally recommended to be 97+) and WAM, or only your WAM, whatever is higher. So by that, you should have a good chance if you get great university marks.
