hey im trying to do an assignment... any help at all would be greatly welcomed!!!
basically the busines i have to answer about was open 5 yrs ago..its a house decorator i believe.. going strong till recently relied on word of mouth had a solid reputation..grew rapidly.. 8permanant staff... both owenrs now agree not successful at retraining and motavating good staff.... believe time pressures and personality clashes have prevented them properly managing team. suffer from slow paying debtors. market now steady decline for 'country style' homes(only style they offer). consumer prefer modernistic look.....general downturn in home renovation business.... both owners now prepared change direction of company.. new biz plan drawn up..plan to expandproduct range to new styles..expand use of technology=> web page..
To achieve these goals biz must now raise additional $350 000..
i need two advantages and disadvantages of these two options...
1. Raise additional capital by taking on a new business partner
2. Borrow additional finance from the bank
