Do lectures provide lecture notes?

I know at UWS they are available online as a printout and are a copy of what is discussed in the lecture.

Just wondered if USyd does this, and if so how are they accessed???

THANKS

It depends on the individual lecturer. No lecturer is required to put up their powerpoint slides or notes. Most do put up their power points if they use them, however in my personal experience, my lecturers have always tended to put the slides up after the lecture. Some put them up before. I've never had a lecture put up notes as such, however some faculties are more likely to - I think commerce or science (although I'm not sure).

If a lecturer is going to put their slides or notes online they will be placed on elearning (old Webct). This can be accessed through myuni, log in on the left side bar. A lot of subjects may not yet have their elearning sites up, generally they should be up by end of week 1.
