What should I do for the section of the syllabus - 'Legal Framework of Employment - The Employment Contract', as there have been a lot of changes recently such as the Fair Work Act. Do I have to use the new info - and if so where do I get this from?

A better student would know a short history of these industrial relations acts. If you had a good teacher they should have provided the information for you. If you teacher has given you stuff then that should be enough. If not, just go to their official website and they'll have some info there. Also, if you read the SMH they often have articles on Fair Work Australia since its a recent thing. A lot of the stuff in the textbook has become useless now since Awards and AWAs etc have changed.
