I need the name of an Australian case which, with the help of DNA testing (or other technology), was successful in giving rise to the need for law reform on the basis of "New Technology"

Also, something in regards to computer hacking, deliberate distribution of computer viruses etc. Once again, Australian cases would be best.

The name of the case, a brief overview of the case and the legislation involved would be a massive help.

Thanks XD
