Help in Updating Legislation - Thanks
Hey,
I am doing an assignment on the effects of a case...how can I find if any changes have been made to the legislation it dealt with since it was heard in Oct 2004??
I don't quite understand how LexisNexis explains it when you search amendments to legislation.
Surely it can't be that hard to find out whether or not a case heard in 2004 has had any impact on the law or not (i'm pretty sure it hasn't)... but I don't know how to find out 4 sure!
Any help would be gr8. ta
