limewire file corruption (1 Viewer)

im using lime wire to download songs but some songs will download completed and then say 'file corrupted'

how do i stop them from downloading completely before it says this? there used to be a pop up that asked me if i wanted ot continue with download how do i get this back?

i usually preview the song before it completely downloads

BUT - sometimes it doesnt preview, but the file ends up fine at the end

If it does not preview, then it usually is corrupt.

Or go and buy the full version.

Dosent it check the hash after the download is finished to verify it?

if it doesnt play back when you preview, just kill the download before it finishes.

as limewire puts it they are a "file sharing program"..., which makes it legal, i think??

It's not the program, it's the use of the program:
