For the short answer question on ethnocentric staffing systems, i said it was when they used host employees, since then i have realised this is wrong. but i only used it for the 6 mark question,

i still talked about it well, just switching the names around, how many marks do you reckon il'd lose out of the 6.


also was there a multiple choice question on staffing systems. i left my paper behind.

yeah but i wanted to get full marks in the short answer to make up for the long answers.
