hey everyone......i've been reading the requirments for our first legal essay for LLB100 and the third question has baffled me...

3. How does this case illustrate aspects of the western legal tradition as discussed by patrick parkinson?

(this is in relation to both Commonwealth V Tasmaina (1983) and the Brandy case)

so my question is...
who da hell is parkinson?.....i think i've missed something from the readings or something.....can sumone plz help?

Parkinson's whatever it is can be found in Week 1 readings! (I remembered someone asked the same question in our lecture.. hehe)

Im doing about one assignment a week (by 'about' I mean sometimes I have 2 due, like this week). But for me it doesn't seem that different to school so its not like Im seeing it as a huge workload...
