Which case are you doing?

Im gonna do the Franklin dam one, but its a bloody long case (as was pointed out in the lec yesterday)

I think that I am gonna do Brandy but I'll have to c how I went in my llb100 assignment on it!

Yeah I'm thinkng Brandy, the size of the dam one kind of steered me away from it, although it would be good to do it since most people will probably do Brandy.....

Here's hoping we all did well in lb110

ah well, u knows......the franklin dam case is only a mere 350+ pages long......lol
im gonna go for brandy, unless i get time to c marsden in her contact hours where she can steer me in the right direction (what to rwad and what not to read)

probably read the facts of the case and the decision.....that at least cuts it from 350 to 175 pages.....lol

hint: the Austlii version is a lot better set out than the CLR one
