Logic gates: Flip Flops (1 Viewer)

Alrite.. I've tried reading a few different textbooks, but I still don't quite the gist of flip flops, especially truth tables for a flip flop circuit.

Can someone help me out,

u have to draw the actual diagram

and have a table infront of u

and work your way step by step
as in follow the lines.
it's quite ok to get

if u have more trouble, make a simple circuit and play around with it
