hi could someone please explain to me what r lone pair of electrons cos im a bit confused from the conq chem definition
"A lone pair of electrons is a pair of valence electrons that belong entirely to the atom in question:it is not a bonding pair (shared with another atom)" --LEWIS

Lewis acids were removed from the syllabus. It is no longer needed.
