i was fat during 13-16 & lost about 35 kg during y10-12 right now im about 70 kg and around 177 cm (male).
i've got a lot of loose skin.. wondering how long it'll take to go away. what kind of exercises can help to gradually remove it? would walking help if at all? i dont exercise at all, i just eat small amounts of food. cheers.

o btw, are any foods good for making your skin less loose?

Congrats on the weight loss.
You need to do toning exercises, try stuff that helps to tone like weights, leg press, lunges, ect to build muscle and tighten the area under the skin. My friend does fitness and I remember her talking about this before, so I think this is the stuff she spoke about.
Good luck. :)

bUILD MOAR MUSCLE!

And you're young, your skin should be fairly elastic so it shouldn't take too long.

well yes, if you build up muscle in your shoulders and upper torso, the skin will be pulled taut from your neck

neck skin is pretty elastic so idk, unless you look like a shar pei....
