we did fermentation in chemistry too. i can tell you what i know.
okay:
fermentation is a process in which glucose is broken down to ethanol and carbon dioxide by the action of enzymes present in yeast.
Fir fermentation:
you need suitable nutrient for micoorganism
microogranism is used as catalyst, in our case yeast.
anarobic conditions
temperature must be 37C

bubbles indicate carbon dioxide
after 15% yield of ethanol yeast dies and fermentation stops
