Alda took over on occasion in season 6, when charles came in for frank. He took a more permanent role when radar left. i stopped watching it after that. Got crap. Esp. the episode called "dreams" or something with dreams in it.

i loved the episode dreams! it was the best man!
it has significance to it, the menaing and the psychological effect of the war...it gives as as viewers a deeper perspective on the characters and how even though they are in this terrible situation, they still manage to find a kind of happiness, peace and harmony within themselves. It shows how they cannot escape the war, becasue it is a part of them and always will be.
it's a good episode.

sydneyswansfan - keep watching, i loved every season, i thought season 9 was good, although the change of secretary it kinda leaves a hole

dash - go dude, i'm like a M*A*S*H nut...i have all the season on DVD lol...although recently i have found love in the TV show Angel the buffy spin-off....tis good

im sooo obsessed with mash. i mean crazyly obsessed. i have season 1,4,5,6,7,8,9 out of the 11. i have seen the very last episode. very sad.

I love M*A*S*H. I religously watch it every night. Always good for a laugh especially with exams coming up I use it as a stress relief.
