Since we dont have your assessment task - its rather hard to help

but as an example the Maintenance schedule for a car might be

Weekly - fill up with petrol
Fortnightly - check tyres, water levels
Monthly - check oil

When designing a maintenance schedule; keep in mind, how you will modify problems and overcome these. E.g. software patches, virus protection, new software, Encryption, etc depending upon your type of IS.
