Alright. I know these questions are asked a million times. But this one is more specific: Any answers will be appreciated.

1. Are there any majors for B Med Sc? It states in the handbook that B Med Sc in usyd only have 'area of study' in year 3. How is specialisation achieved? Like for example if I want to major in Pharmacology, do i need to study 4 senior core units like what B Sc students do? Or i can just load any senior units that I like, (eg 2 for anatomy, 2 for pharmacology, 2 for physiology) and graduate with 3 majors?

2. Does no majors mean that 'area of study' is not reflected on certificate? (As compared to Bachelor of Science) does that make any difference.

3. If i want to 'major' in two areas, what kind of modules should I be taking at year 3?

4. I'm in the July intake 1st year student (2008 sem 2 is my first sem), If i wish to transfer to B Med Sc in my second year, i was told to apply through UAC, but should I be doing it now, or wait till next year? because I just enrolled and haven't got any semester results yet.

someone please help me! :cold:
