anyone thinking of doing a major in history or is/has doing/done a major in history, ancient or modern? i love the actual subjects but i'm afraid if i did it in uni there would be too much thinking inviolved for me/workload. if you do a major in history does it involve a thesis?

i love history even tho i dropped ancient i was thinking about it for uni but from what i've heard it is really hard........ i think it does involve a thesis......

bah humbug! i love the topics i just hate all the analysing. even reading different histories of things would be fun, but having to interpret them and why/what/who and all that shit is just plain boring
