Malfunctioning Anchor tags (1 Viewer)

Hey, I seem to have a problem with the anchor tags - I've checked and double checked with what I've been using and from what I can see, what I've been doing is correct, but it just won't work. Can some one explain to me what I need to change?

You've pasted your text from Word, which has transformed your quotation marks into other characters.

Note the subtle difference:

anchor=”header4” <-- Word's version of quotation marks

anchor="header4" <-- proper quotation marks

Copy/paste everything into notepad and do a find/replace on the quotation marks.
