I just got rejected from Deloitte's summer consulting internship (didn't get an interview) so I clearly need to improve my resume.
I have a few questions about what benchmarks I should be aiming for this year (currently second year of commerce @ melbourne)...
-how much do they consider your ENTER/UAI? Mine was fairly mediocre (78), but i've come along way since then and my WAM at uni has always been around the 78-81 mark.
-what sort of extra-curricular/leadership activities are they looking for? I've played in rock bands and organized gigs, helped organize a charity gig. I've also done my old uni's wanky leadership program (probably useless). I know i need more/better stuff here, but I'm not sure where to start.
-what sort of relevant work experience is easily obtainable for an undergrad and would be highly regarded?
