would marking with chatgpt or an AI software provide accurate feedback (putting assessment + criteria etc)?

It could provide general feedback yes, but it's always best to ask people (like teachers, other students) for feedback instead of AI, since they're capable of giving more detailed points that could actually help you
I don't necessarily suggest putting your work through AI either, since it increases the risk of your entire assessment being flagged for it
