I felt that there were no fung fu topics. so i thought why not start a new one.

what type to you do? what grade/belt you in?

Personally, i'm a black belt 1st ban in Taekwondo(which i think isn't a kung fu) and now i began Win chung which i'm a 1st grade.

I do wushu. Have done it for almost 11 years. Wushu is the general term for chinese martial arts. really intepreted to the 'art of war'..
dont really have belts or grading system...u progress onto harder styles as the 'sifu' (master) sees fit.

ive also started sanda or sanshou...a branch of wushu which is predominately about application of wushu techniques...its almost like thai boxing...without the use of elbows..done it for about 4 months

I did Han Mu Do for two years and got to blue belt. I wasn't far off from my grading for red belt when i quit because of lack of time and a dodgy ankle which doesn't help when trying to kick and jump and such when it suddenly gives way.

Han Mu Do is a Korean martial art. Fairly new though i would say its kind of a mix of various martial arts i think... I'm not entirely sure.

I feel so cheap posting in this thread, but I used to train BJJ.

Maybe one day I will train again if I can ever get my lazy ass back to it.
