This is a componet B type question for integration, that I need help with pretty bad, c'mon I need some one good for this

I'll give you a couple of hints that should get you going with this question:
* The focal length (distance from origin to focus) is a units.
* The latus rectum is the side AB on the rectangle and has a length of 4a units.
