You're better off asking your teacher if you're struggling rather than flooding the forum with questions because I can't actually tell if you need help, or you just want the answers given to you.

hey man its not because i need answers im strugling with it and its schoolholidays so yea i cant ask my teacher? well cant u at least helpme? stop critizing on others sry if i said anythiing wrong

What don't you understand about the integration process?

For the first one, you want to integrate two parts, the first part under the x-axis and the second part above the x-axis. Then add them up together. Don't forget to absolute the part under the x-axis, as areas are always positive. Your bounds are defined by where the curve cuts the x-axis.

The second one is area between two curves. Find the area of the curve above and subtract the area of the curve below it. Your bounds are where the curves intersect.
